Licensing of Deliverables: Upon full payment execution (via our verified Stripe payment channels), full commercial usage rights and ownership of the compiled copy are transferred to the client. Draft versions and underlying open-source scaffolding remain copyright SilentVectorStorm.

Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising from professional engagements shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Toulouse, France.

3. Cookie Policy & Tracking Vectors

Our web instance utilizes minimal local storage tokens and essential cookies to ensure seamless navigation and remember your cookie acceptance preferences (`localStorage`). We do not deploy intrusive third-party advertising trackers.

4. Refund & Repository Reversion Policy

Due to the bespoke, creative, and intellectual nature of our copywriting agency services, refunds are managed on a commit-by-commit basis:

• Prior to initial draft deployment (Phase 1 commit), clients may request a 100% refund minus standard transaction fees.
• Once initial drafts or strategy frameworks have been delivered and reviewed, fees become non-refundable due to the allocation of expert copywriting hours.
